Willow Crest Vineyard
Owned and managed by Dave Minnick of Grandview, the Willow Crest Vineyard is high on the Eastern flanks of the Rattlesnake Hills in the Lower Yakima Valley. In an area world renowned for quality crops as varied as Hops, and recently blueberries, the cool mesoclimate of this area is ideal for white wine grapes and cool climate reds.
Our Willow Crest Pinot Gris routinely ripens well into October, weeks after most other sites in Washington. The cool nights during ripening ensure a core of bright acid for our crisp Pinot Gris.
