• Vinification: Small lot, open top fermenter. Pressed to barrel after 10 days total maceration.
• Aging: 20 months in 100% French oak barrels. 67% new barrels.
• Wine notes: This wine exhibits notes of raspberries, black currants and spice. This wine will continue to improve with an additional year in bottle, and with proper cellaring will age well until at least 2014.
